At SHIKSHAK homes we design, build and deliver modular homes and buildings.

SHIKSHAK is a vertically integrated real estate developer that provides truly turnkey offerings completely fabricated in-house. Our build process includes asset management, architectural & structural design, permits, full modular build, installation, and a digital home backbone.

Our approach to sustainability is about creating buildings that reduce our impact on the Earth. We view a sustainable building as one that is passively designed, constructed in the most sustainable way possible, is considered in its material selection and requires minimal energy to operate.

FLEXIBLE DESIGNS

Modular home building offer more flexibility to customise your design than volume home building. It can work with your brief to create a home that is a perfect match for your site and lifestyle.

RAPID CONSTRUCTION

Modular construction is impacted less by weather delays and the process allows for overlap of the construction and site works. This means the overall build time for modular homes can be as little as 8 weeks!

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

ShikShak's Modular constructions are typically built using lightweight cladding materials. Our cold form steel framings are certified to be in compliance with the International Build Code 2015 by ICC-ES.
